1. What is the shipping cost?

Fee Shipping: All order has $4.95 for shipping in United States.
Fee Tax: 0% Tax on shipping

 

2. How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders from our facility typically ship within 2-6 business days after the order has been processed. Once your order has left our facility you can expect it to arrive within 7-15 business days.

Please note that delays with the carrier may occur that fall beyond our control.

3. Size Guide

4. My orders is past the estimated delivery time.

Orders from our facility typically ship within 2-6 business days after the order has been processed. Once your order has left our facility you can expect it to arrive within 7-15 business days.

If your order has not arrived within the times stated above, please contact customer service here.

 

5. Why is my tracking information not working?

Please note that tracking information updates once the order has left our facility and has been picked up and scanned by the postal courier.

If you placed your order over 15 days ago and your tracking information is still not available please contact customer support here.

Be sure to have your order number and email that was used to make the purchase when contacting our support.

 

6. Changes to order.

Because orders are custom made and printed on demand, we offer order changes for 24 hours. Please contact support@bblioncat.com as soon as possible with your change requests, and label the subject line: CHANGE MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER. We will confirm your changes have been made.

 

7. Order cancellation.

Due to the orders being custom made design, we offer order cancellations for 24 hours after the order has been placed. To cancel your merchandise, please email: support@bblioncat.com and label the subject line: CANCEL MY ORDER, and make sure to include your full NAME and ORDER NUMBER.

 

8. Refund or Exchange.

If your item is missing, materially defective, or is incorrect please contact us here.

10. Didn't Receive Confirmation Email.

When an order is placed we immediately email you your receipt. This email (the confirmation email) also contains your order details.

If you did not receive your confirmation email please follow these steps:

  • Check your spam folder and other email accounts, especially if you checked out with PayPal.
  • If these don't work, please contact us here.

12. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our merchant service provider PAYPAL.

 

13. PROMOTIONS

If you have received a promotion offer CODE, you may redeem your discount at the time of Checkout in your Cart Discount section.

 

14. DAMAGED ART

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here’s how:

Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).

Attach your photos to an email and send them to support@bblioncat.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.

You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your damaged replacement will be processed.

If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement.
